No one knows when Indian-born high-skilled entrepreneurs-in-waiting will get their employment-based green cards, and no one also knows why the United States continues to have laws that discriminates highly-skilled contributing immigrants based on their country of birth. What we know is that there is a common sense fix that has huge bipartisan support and that the legislation has been reintroduced a few times but never seen the finish line.
